ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING
We are consistently involved in packaging, unpackaging and repackaging. This requirement stems across many product sectors and different types of goods: it ranges from the assembly of medical kits, to the packaging of cosmetic and parapharmaceutical products to the packaging and processing of non-perishable food products.
3T Logistica can carry out its activities both in-house and at the customer’s premises. At times this can be an obligation for the pharmaceutical sector, where we intervene through deblistering, quality control and sorting of tablets or changes of leaflets and labelling; processes that are carried out within the pharmaceutical workshop.
In these cases, 3T Logistica operates in accordance with the Contracts Institute, thus intervening autonomously both from an organizational and means viewpoint.
3T Logistica identifies an operations coordinator and ensures that its workers – always identifiable – have been trained, informed and prepared, as well as equipped with the appropriate devices to guarantee their safety. Finally, 3T Logistica always scrupulously complies with the Customer’s internal procedures.

Preparation and filling of displays for pops, totems, biomedical kits, parapharmaceutical products.
Consultancy and support in the design and manufacture of packaging and wrapping, inclusive of customized graphics.
Cellophane wrapping and shrinking.

ASSEMBLY
Manual, semi-automatic or automatic assembly services, which can be also carried out at the customer’s site where specific authorizations are required (i.e. pharmaceutical workshop), specific skills (i.e. eyewear and stationery) or even for a simple preference expressed by the customer with regard to the direct supervision of operations.
Extensive specialization in cosmetics, parapharmaceutical products, optics (assembly of lenses and frames, cases) and stationery (i.e. assembly of cases).
PACKAGING
Preparation of parapharmaceutical products kits, cases for cosmetic products.
Consulting and support in the design and manufacturing of packaging and wrapping.
Hot sealing of plastic bags.
Filling secondary packaging with the customers’ finished product (i.e. samples/sachets, blister packs and containers).
UNPACKAGING AND QUALITY CONTROL
Unpackaging for gadget recovery, booklets, deblistering and replacement of leaflets.
Sorting products via quality control and search for defects (aesthetics and conformity) in the cosmetic and parapharmaceutical sector.
